ดิฉันจบป.ตรีด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ เริ่มงานจากการเป็น marketing หลักทรัพย์และ Risk mgt. ของธนาคารมาก่อนค่ะ (ประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยรวม 3.5 ปี) และตอนนี้จบป.โทการเงินมาแล้ว + CFA I สนใจที่จะทำงานในบลจ. ในตำแหน่ง assistant fund manager ค่ะ อยากทราบว่าจะสามารถสมัครได้มั้ย (มีความเหมาะสมมั้ย เนื่องจากตนเองไม่มีประสบการณ์ในบลจ.เลย) หรือว่าควรจะเริ่มต้นจาก Analyst

เท่าที่ดูจากประสบการณ์การทำงาน และการศึกษา น่าจะมีลุ้นทำ AFM ได้เหมือนกันนะครับ

แต่บางที่เค้าก็ไม่ได้มีตำแหน่ง AFM เหมือนกันครับ บางที่จะเป็น Analyst แล้วขึ้นเป็น FM เลยครับ

ดังนั้นแนะนำให้สมัคร 2 ตำแหน่งคู่กันไปเลยครับ Analyst/AFM

สมัครสอบ Fund Manager License ไว้ก่อนเลยก็เป็นไอเดียที่ดีนะครับ
